Morning all out there in cyberspace!

Here’s a wee link to an interesting article about the state of club rugby in Wales. It may surprise you to learn that not everything down in the valleys is rosy!

Accies, au contraire, is in reasonably robust health this season. There are many to thank for how we’ve moved forward both on and off the park of late, but we still need assistance from Accies far-and-wide to continue the momentum that’s been built. Can you help?

Plans are already underway for next season and we’d welcome hearing from all and any who might be able to chip in with a bit of sponsorship, come along to our “socials” or just visit New Anniesland a bit more regularly to support our 1st & 2nd XV’s – we do actually play some quite good stuff you know (!) and the refurbished bar ain’t a bad place to be both before and after games! And families are especially welcome!

Don’t let what’s happening to once great clubs down in “Taffy-land” happen to YOUR Accies – and come get involved in whatever way you can!
